Wortham Oaks is a subdivision located off Evans Road just NE of San Antonio. What was a fairly rural area just 5 to 10 years ago, has become the go to neighborhood on the North side of town.
With the expansion of Hwy 1604 and the new work being done on Hwy 281 and Evans Road, getting around the North end of San Antonio has never been easier. The area is booming and because of its location between Interstate 35 to the East and Interstate 10 to the West, travelling into or out of San Antonio is quite easy. For those going North or Northwest the freeways provide direct and quick access out of the area.
Wortham Oaks sits almost mid way between all these access roads and is perfectly positioned for those who commute within the San Antonio area. It's a great place to call home.
There are five main communities within Wortham Oaks area, The Enclave, The Point, The Meadows, The Preserve and the original Wortham Oaks subdivision The Legacy. All are gated communities and all have access to two pools and community centers. There is an HOA that governs the community and the area is serviced by San Antonio Water and CPS Energy.
The Subdivision is served by the Judson School District has its own Elementary School, Wortham Oaks Elementary. The Middle School is Kitty Hawk Middle School and the High School is Veterans Memorial High School built in 2018 on East Evans Rd.
