Here's how it works:

 The typical commission on a home sale these days is 6%. 
That means on a $350,000 home sale the total commission would be $21,000.

When I list your home, here’s how it would work. 

If a buyer is brought in by me or even by you your total commission is only 3%.
On a $350,000 sale, that’s a savings of $10,500 over a typical 6% commission.

If another agent brings a buyer, then your commission would be 4%.  
The buyer’s agent would get 2% and I as the listing agent would get 2%.  
On a $350,000 sale that’s a savings of $7,000 over a typical 6% commission.
